JSC "Samruk-Energo" together with the Fund of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna" revised approaches to the implementation of the Transformation Program. Today, attention is focused on solving production problems using digital solutions to increase production capacity.
In October, the company formed an updated Portfolio of projects. It is aimed at achieving strategic goals, increasing the value of the company and reducing operating costs.
During the Information Day, Bakitzhan Zhulamanov, Chairman of the Management Board of Samruk-Energo JSC, appealed to all subsidiaries of the holding to take an active part in generating new ideas.
"I announce the start of collecting ideas. A cash prize will be established for the best idea by the end of the year. Addressing the first heads of subsidiaries and affiliates, I note the need to convey information about the development of ideas to my employees and hold meetings on the ground," Bakitzhan Zhulamanov said.
